MAPS celebrated 10 years of service to the Portuguese-speaking community of greater Lowell with an Open House on December 6, 2007 at the Lowell Office, 11 Mill Street. More than 100 community members attended the event, which featured food, music, arts and crafts from the Brazilian, Portuguese and Cape Verdean cultures. Visitors also sampled a variety of fine Portuguese windes donated by Saraiva Enterprises.
